Hi! I’m Garrett— I have a passion for capturing authentic stories. As far back as I can remember, I’ve had a camera in hand—whether filming my travels or recording my friends snowboarding. For me, it’s all about preserving life’s fleeting, extraordinary moments.

Growing up, my parents’ old VX video recorder became my constant companion. I’d spend hours filming my friends doing stupid stuff—jumping over fires on BMX bikes or speeding down steep hills on skateboards. At the time, it felt like nothing more than documenting our ridiculous adventures, but as I got older, I realized how meaningful those memories truly were. During the holidays, my family would gather to watch those home videos, which my parents had lovingly preserved. It was then I understood the power of video—its ability to transport us back to cherished moments and create immersive keepsakes that stand the test of time.

In my college years, my passion for the arts turned to painting and pottery. I love the creative nature and following my intuition with my hands, using various mediums to determine the outcome. Currently, instead of a brush and potters wheel, and paint and clay as my medium of choice; My editing software serves as my crutch into the realm of endless creative control - and the video and photographs I capture - my medium.
